Karachi, September 19, 2015: K-Electric issued a press statement in which the company stated that the duration of the load shed was reduced across the city keeping in mind the current raise in the temperature to facilitate its customers.
The press statement notified that less than 3 hours of load shed was being carried in High Loss and Very High Loss Areas.
K-Electric teams are actively working in assisting their valued customers. The power utility would like to assure its customers that KE teams are on standy-by to rectify any fault in case it occurs. Consumers can inform KE of any broken wires or technical faults by calling on 118 or by SMS to 8119 or register their complaint on KE’s digital platform.
