With 26 Customer Experience Centers (25 CECs and 01 Corporate Customer Experience (CCE)) located across Karachi and 17 IOW (Mobile Vans) and 35 CFC (Customer Facilitation Centers) also operational, K-Electric prioritizes accessibility for its customers and ensures that no customer is too far away.
