Adnan brings over 35 years of diversified leadership experience across the power and utilities sector, investment banking, manufacturing, and management consulting. Prior to rejoining KE, he served as Director Strategy & Business Development at Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited, where he spearheaded strategic growth initiatives, led business transformation efforts, and played a key role in major acquisition and energy optimization projects. Earlier, he held senior leadership positions with AsiaPak Investments, Liberty Daharki Power Limited, BMA Capital Management, Arif Habib Private Equity, and Elixir Securities, leading complex transactions in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, financial structuring, and infrastructure investments. During his previous tenure at KE, Adnan was instrumental in advancing the Company’s strategic business development agenda, successfully leading power project development, regulatory engagements, IPP negotiations, and commercial partnerships that strengthened KE’s long-term energy portfolio.
