Oh brilliant, so I hit the emergency call button expecting help from Karachi Electric, and guess what? It whisks me off to Lahore instead. Because clearly, nothing says 'local support' like being redirected to a completely different city. The automated voice proudly announces it’s an electric call center (how reassuring) and then the guy on the other end casually tells me, Oops wrong city try again.’ Fantastic system.

Thieves, not taking responsibility and over billing. Electricity disruptions are random and the time displayed is always 2 hours. Logged out after the update and the method for registration has changed completely.

Every time the fingerprint registration message is prompted when the app is opened which is completely annoying. Physical Bills are left at doors without privacy so what is the need for security here
