The latest app update introduced several bugs that need urgent attention. Downloading e-bills has become painfully slow, and the power status feature is providing inaccurate information. For instance, it often indicates that there's light when there isn't and vice versa. Hoping for a swift fix to restore functionality.

I have updated to KE Live 2.0 and the app stuck on the first screen every time. Not even login screen comes. What's the point of update when the experience is getting worst, just like your electricity service. Please fix this urgently.
