After updating this app, I'm facing several issue: 1. Bill downloading becomes slow and often times app shows "temporary issue with app" ticker. 2. I have always paid my bills before due date but digital paid stamp still missing from some of my bills. WHY?? Kindly, do something to fix these kind of issues from app ASAP. So, we as a customer recall you in a positive way.

It's been a while since my app stopped working in my Oppo Reno 3 Pro. The screen is completely black, and nothing helps, not even clearing the cache or data. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but all in vain.

Pathetic service. The App doesn't work. when opened it shows black screen after a while. No menu, no functions. We are unable configure the App and unable to download the bill or file any complaint through this App. When you visit KE Office or make a phone call for customer service, they insist on filing complaint through the App that doesn't work. This means no customer service and no redressal. I am thinking of filing a complaint to Wafaqi Mohtasib.
