Electrical Safety Guidelines

• Do not approach any broken electrical wires. Instead contact 118 right away
• Do not use Kunda or illegal hook connection under any circumstances
• Stop using equipment immediately if it appears to be faulty – have it checked by a competent person
• Stay away from Generator, water pumps having loose connections or damaged wiring
• Never use anything with a cord or plug around water
• Do not use electrical equipment in wet conditions or damp locations
• Never pull a plug out by its cord
• Do not use outlets or cords that have exposed wiring
• Do not climb on power poles
• Never fly kites near power lines
• Never put fingers or other objects in a socket
